We do not produce refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Our products are hand made to order & we value the time spent creating these items for you. Please consider this before purchasing from our store. 

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL - we are not responsible for user error. It is the customers responsibility to input event dates, discount codes & order within enough time. 

If your product arrives damaged, you will need to contact us the day of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
