Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation - The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions - For the purposes of this Disclaimer:
● "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to ECLECTIC MUSHROOM
● "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
● "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
● "Service" refers to the Website.
● "Website" refers to ECLECTIC MUSHROOM, accessible from https://eclecticmushroom.bigcartel.com/
● "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

TIME OFF

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

ORDERS BEFORE 1/10/25 - All Orders will ship in 22 business days. If an order is placed on a holiday, processing will begin the following business day. NO ORDERS ARE PROCESSED ON HOLIDAYS.

A business day is Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


ORDERS BEGINNING 1/24/25 - All Orders will have a 4 WEEK PRODUCTION time. If an order is placed on a holiday, processing will begin the following business day. A business day is Monday - Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Production/processing time: 4 WEEKS
Shipping time: 2-6 days (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Production time + shipping time = When you'll receive your package 

READY TO SHIP ONLY - only ready to ship items will ship out in 3 business days. RTS will explicitly say that are RTS in the item name or caption. If you order a made to order item with ready to ship items, the entire package will ship based off our regular processing time of ship by 2/14/25. 

IMPORTANT - If We are experiencing a high volume of orders (typically during the holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


ITEMS WITH SPECIFIC PRODUCTION TIME - PROCCESING TIME CAN DEPEND ON THE PRODUCT. Please read item description before ordering
FURBY EARS - Furby ears have a processing time of 4 weeks; no exceptions

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
USPS Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are based off USPS. Please allow 24-48 hrs from when the shipping label is created for it to update. If it doesn't update within 5 business days plewse email us 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ECLECTIC MUSHROOM ships to addresses within the U.S. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Lost, Stolen, or damaged packages
ECLECTIC MUSHROOM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO SENDER
This can happen if USPS can't deliver or can't recognize the address entered at checkout. Sometimes this can be a mistake on USPS's behalf or the buyer's by entering an incorrect or invalid address at checkout.

USPS does not notify us when this happens to individual orders. In a case where packages gets sent back to us, it's the buyer's responsibility to reach out to us to let us know and to pay for a reshipment fee to ship back out the package. If at this point you need to upgrade your shipping method, communicate with us in advance to speed things up. We are not responsible or liable to pay for your reshipment or upgraded reshipment fee.

If you decline to pay for the package's reshipment, you will not receive a refund for your order. All sales are final.

ORDER UPDATE!! 1/6/25

I experienced power shut offs due to being in the red flag area for wind & fires in Southern California. I have attached important information below regarding my current situation. Please allow a couple of more days for orders to be processed as this has set me a couple of days behind
